Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every US order.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of ordering. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Where we ship: Within the United States only, for now.

Delays: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email help@quietpawpets.com with your order number and we'll either send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
