Refund policy

30-day returns. If the leash isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email help@quietpawpets.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds: Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
